The Metro C595-SFC-LPFS is a mobile, pass-thru heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This 1/2 height cabinet accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans with 3" on center spacing, making it ideal for various food items. It includes one glass door and one solid door for versatile access. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features lip load slides for secure pan placement. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, while a polymer bumper and drip trough combination protect your surroundings. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-20P plug. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Proudly made in the USA and ENERGY STAR® certified, it combines efficiency with performance for your kitchen needs.
