Description
The Metro C595-SFC-U is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for superior food quality. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This mobile unit includes a clear double panel tempered glass door for visibility and accessibility. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in pan placement in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet features 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-20P plug. The unit is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
