The Metro C595-SFC-UPFC is a mobile, pass-thru heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for superior food quality. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This 1/2 height cabinet includes two glass doors for visibility and accessibility, while its universal wire slides accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes a 3" on center slide spacing and features 5" casters for mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added convenience. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, this cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
