The 6.8" touch-screen controls provide user-friendly operation, while the mobile design with 5" casters allows for easy maneuverability. This cabinet accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with universal wire slides adjustable on 1-1/2" increments for customized storage. The insulated solid door enhances energy efficiency, and the stainless steel construction ensures durability and easy cleaning. Additional features include a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and convenience.
