Description
The Metro C595-SFS-UPFS is a mobile, pass-thru heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for superior food quality. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This 1/2 height cabinet includes two solid doors for efficient access and is built with universal wire slides that accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments with 3" on center spacing. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features 5" casters for mobility and a polymer bumper with a drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-20P plug. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
