Description
The Metro C595L-SFC-U is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and proofing. Featuring the advanced C5™ 9 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise humidity and temperature management. The cabinet is mobile and constructed with a clear double panel tempered glass door for easy visibility. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with universal wire slides adjustable on 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. Built from durable stainless steel, it includes a 3" on center slide spacing and is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility. The polymer bumper and drip trough combination enhance durability and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is designed for efficiency and reliability. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ENERGY STAR® rated, and proudly made in the USA, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
