Description
The Metro C595L-SFS-UPFS is a mobile, pass-thru heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for your culinary creations. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This 1/2 height cabinet includes two solid doors for efficient access and is designed to accommodate a variety of pan sizes, holding up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features a 5" caster system for mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added convenience. With a power rating of 120v/60/1-ph, 1440 watts, and 12 amps, this cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Proudly made in the USA, the Metro C595L-SFS-UPFS is also ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an efficient choice for any commercial kitchen.
