Description
The Metro C597-SFS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 9 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise humidity and temperature management. This 3/4 height cabinet is built with an insulated solid door and accommodates up to 29 standard 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" on center spacing. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets NEMA 5-20P standards and is certified by cULus and NSF. Proudly made in the USA, this cabinet is also ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency without compromising on performance.
