Description
The Metro C597L-SFS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. Featuring the advanced C5™ 9 Series technology, it offers precise controlled humidity and temperature settings via a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen interface. This 3/4 height cabinet is constructed with an insulated solid door and accommodates up to 29 standard 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" on center lip load slides. Built from durable stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added convenience. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency and reliability.
