The Metro C599-SDC-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for your culinary creations. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy adjustments. Constructed with full-height, clear double panel tempered glass dutch doors, it provides excellent visibility while maintaining temperature. The universal wire slides accommodate up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing at 3" on center in 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. Built from durable stainless steel, the cabinet features 5" casters for mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
