The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy adjustments. With a capacity to hold up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans on 3" on center slides, it maximizes storage efficiency. The design includes one solid dutch door and one glass dutch door for convenient access and visibility. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features 5" casters for mobility and a polymer bumper with a drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness.
