Description
The Metro C599-SDS-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures precise temperature and humidity levels for food preservation. The user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen controls allow for easy adjustments. This full-height cabinet is constructed with insulated solid Dutch doors for enhanced energy efficiency. It accommodates up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in 1-1/2" increments. Built from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is equipped with 5" casters for mobility, a polymer bumper for protection, and a drip trough combination for easy cleaning. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it features a NEMA 5-20P plug and meets cULus and NSF standards. Proudly made in the USA, the Metro C599-SDS-U is also ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an efficient choice for any kitchen.
