The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This pass-thru model includes two solid dutch doors for convenient access from both sides. It offers a generous capacity, accommodating up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination to protect your surroundings. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
