The Metro C599-SFC-UPFS is a mobile, full-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for superior food quality. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This pass-thru model includes one glass door and one solid door, providing convenient access from both sides. It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 36 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand heavy use. It features 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination to protect your surroundings. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA.
