Description
The Metro C599-SFS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series technology, it offers precise controlled humidity and temperature settings through an intuitive 6.8" touch-screen interface. This full-height cabinet accommodates up to 36 standard 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" on center lip load slides, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is equipped with an insulated solid door that enhances energy efficiency. It includes 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-20P outlets. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA, earning the ENERGY STAR® certification for energy efficiency.
