Description
The Metro C599-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. With a full-height, insulated solid door, it offers superior insulation to maintain desired conditions. The universal wire slides accommodate up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 36 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing at 3" on center in 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand heavy use. It features 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is NEMA 5-20P compliant and meets cULus and NSF standards. Additionally, it is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an efficient choice for any commercial kitchen.
