The Metro C599-SFS-UPFS is a mobile, full-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for your baked goods. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This pass-thru model includes two solid doors for convenient access from both sides. It offers a generous capacity, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 36 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features 5" casters for easy mobility and a polymer bumper with a drip trough combination to protect your investment. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
