The Metro C599L-SDC-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. With a full-height design and clear double panel tempered glass dutch doors, it provides excellent visibility of stored items. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" on center lip load slides, making it versatile for various food types. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added convenience. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
