The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This pass-thru model includes one solid dutch door and one glass dutch door, providing convenient access from both sides. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with 3" on center lip load slides, making it ideal for high-volume environments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features 5" casters for mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness.
