The Metro C599L-SDS-LPDS is a mobile, full-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy adjustments. This pass-thru model includes two solid dutch doors for convenient access from both sides, while the lip load slides accommodate up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with 3" on center spacing. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen environment. The cabinet is mounted on 5" casters for easy mobility and includes a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness.
