The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy adjustments. Constructed with full-height, insulated solid Dutch doors, it provides excellent heat retention. The universal wire slides accommodate up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 3" centers in 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. Built from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is mobile with 5" casters for easy maneuverability. It features a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Metro C599L-SDS-U is also ENERGY STAR® certified, promoting energy efficiency while delivering exceptional performance.
