The Metro C599L-SDS-UPDS is a mobile, full-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, this cabinet ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for your culinary needs. The 6.8" touch-screen controls provide easy operation and monitoring. This pass-thru model is equipped with two solid dutch doors for convenient access from both sides. It accommodates up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet includes 5" casters for mobility and a polymer bumper with a drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
