The Metro C599L-SFC-UPFS is a mobile, full-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels for your culinary creations. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This pass-thru model includes one glass door and one solid door for versatile access, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 36 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in pan placement. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It features 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA.
