The Metro C599L-SFS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. With a full-height, insulated solid door, it offers superior heat retention. The cabinet accommodates up to 36 standard 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" on-center lip load slides, making it ideal for high-volume kitchens. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added convenience. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. This ENERGY STAR® certified unit is proudly made in the USA, combining efficiency with reliability for your food service needs.
