Description
The Metro C599L-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for your culinary needs. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This full-height cabinet boasts an insulated solid door and universal wire slides, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 36 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 3" centers in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added convenience. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, the cabinet is NEMA 5-15P compliant and meets cULus and NSF standards. Proudly made in the USA, it is also ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency without compromising performance.
