Description
The Metro C5E5-CFC-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This half-height, non-insulated unit features a clear door for easy visibility of contents. It operates within a temperature range of 80ºF to 190ºF, making it ideal for both holding and proofing applications. Equipped with universal wire slides on 4.5" centers, the cabinet allows for adjustable shelving in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to six 18" x 26" pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and features bottom-mounted controls for user-friendly operation. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1 with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-20P outlets. The unit meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability. Proudly made in the USA/Mexico.
