Description
The Metro C5E9-CFC-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service environments. This full-height, non-insulated cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It operates within a temperature range of 80°F to 190°F, ensuring optimal conditions for holding and proofing. Equipped with universal wire slides on 4-1/2" centers, the cabinet allows for adjustable shelving in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (12) 18" x 26" pans or (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The bottom mount control module provides user-friendly operation, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, ensure mobility and stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 power with a capacity of 2,000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
