Description
The Metro C5T8-ASBA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This 5/6 height cabinet features adjustable bottom load slides with a 3-2/5" on-center spacing, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" or (28) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, it includes foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for superior heat retention. The top-mounted analog thermometer and electro-mechanical thermostat ensure precise temperature control, with a maximum operating temperature of 200°F.
