Description
The Metro C5T8-DSLA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This 5/6 height unit features adjustable lip load slides spaced 3-2/5" on center, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, it includes foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for superior heat retention. The top-mounted solid-state digital controls allow for precise temperature management, with a maximum temperature of 200°F. Equipped with 6" casters for easy mobility, this cabinet operates at 120V/60/1, consuming 1400 watts and 12 amps.
