Description
The Metro C5T9-ASLA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height cabinet features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ for superior insulation, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. It accommodates (16) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable lip load slides are spaced 3-2/5" on center for easy access and organization. Equipped with a top-mounted analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, this cabinet allows for precise temperature control, with a maximum setting of 200°F. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and featuring foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, it offers both strength and efficiency. The cabinet is mobile, supported by 6" casters for easy maneuverability.
