The Metro C5T9-DSLA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height cabinet features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ insulation, ensuring efficient heat retention. It accommodates up to (16) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food items. The adjustable lip load slides are spaced at 3-2/5" on center, allowing for customizable organization. Equipped with top-mounted solid-state digital controls, this cabinet offers precise temperature management, with a maximum temperature of 200°F. The durable construction includes 304 stainless steel and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for enhanced durability and energy efficiency.
