Description
The Metro C5T9D-DSFA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height dual cavity unit features independent temperature control for each cavity, allowing for versatile heating options. It accommodates up to (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or GN 1/1 (65mm) pans, making it ideal for large-scale food service operations. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to maintain consistent temperatures, with a maximum setting of 200°F. The top-mounted solid-state digital controls ensure easy operation, while the fixed lip load slides with 1-7/10" spacing provide secure pan placement. Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, allowing for easy transport within any kitchen environment. The unit operates on 120V/60/1 power, consuming 1400 watts and 12 amps, and is compliant with NEMA 5-15P, cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency and safety.
