The Metro HBCN16-AC-M is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding and transport. This dual cavity unit features HotBlox™ insulation, ensuring optimal temperature retention for your dishes. It accommodates up to 16 pans, allowing for full or half-size steam pans and half-size sheet pans. The cabinet is equipped with analog controls for easy temperature adjustments and a clear door for quick visibility of contents. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, making it easy to move in any kitchen environment. With a powerful output of 875 watts from two heating elements, this cabinet operates on a standard 120V electrical supply. It includes two cords with NEMA 5-15P plugs for convenient connectivity. Constructed from durable aluminum, the Metro HBCN16-AC-M is UL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards. Accessories are included for added functionality.
