The Metro HBCN16-AS-M is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding and transport. Featuring the innovative HotBlox™ insulation, this dual cavity cabinet accommodates up to 16 pans, allowing for versatile storage of full or half-size steam pans and half-size sheet pans. The solid door ensures optimal heat retention, while the analog controls provide straightforward operation. Equipped with two powerful 875-watt heating elements, it operates on a standard 120V electrical supply. The cabinet is mounted on 5" casters for easy mobility, making it ideal for busy kitchens. Constructed from durable aluminum and including essential accessories, this unit meets UL and NSF standards and is proudly made in the U.S.A.
