The Metro HBCN16-AS-T is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient food transport and holding. This HotBlox™ insulated cabinet features a narrow design with dual cavities, accommodating up to 16 full or half-size steam pans or half-size sheet pans. Equipped with analog controls for easy temperature management, it ensures optimal food safety and quality.
