The user-friendly digital touchscreen controller allows for precise temperature management, ensuring food stays at the perfect serving temperature. The solid front door provides durability, while the clear rear door offers visibility for easy monitoring. Powered by two 120V/60/1-ph connections with a total of 875 watts, it comes equipped with a NEMA 5-15P cord.
