Featuring HotBlox™ insulation, this narrow cabinet accommodates up to 16 pans in its dual-cavity design. The user-friendly digital touchscreen controller allows for precise temperature management. It is equipped with solid front and rear doors for easy access and durability. Operating on (2) 120v/60/1-ph power supply with a total of 875 watts, it comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord.
