The Metro HBCN4-DC-UC is a high-performance undercounter heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding. Featuring HotBlox™ insulation, this narrow cabinet accommodates up to four pans, including full or half-size steam pans and half-size sheet pans. The intuitive 2.4" touchscreen controls allow for easy temperature adjustments, while the clear door provides visibility of contents without opening the cabinet. Equipped with 5" casters for mobility, this unit operates at 875 watts and is compatible with standard 120V outlets (NEMA 5-15P).
