Description
The Metro HBCN8-DS-UC is a high-performance undercounter heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding. Featuring HotBlox™ insulation, this narrow cabinet accommodates up to eight pans, including full or half-size steam pans and half-size sheet pans. The intuitive 2.4" touchscreen controls allow for easy temperature adjustments and monitoring. Built with a solid door for durability, it includes 2" casters for mobility. With a power output of 875 watts, it operates on a 120V, 60Hz, single-phase electrical system and comes equipped with a NEMA 5-15P cord. Constructed from aluminum, this cabinet is UL and NSF certified, ensuring safety and quality. Accessories are included for added convenience. Proudly made in the USA.
