The Metro HBCS6-TP is a countertop heated cabinet designed for quick access and efficient food holding. Featuring the HotBlox Xpress S6 technology, this insulated cabinet includes three adjustable shelves and clear flip doors for easy visibility and access. The intuitive touchscreen controls allow for precise temperature management, while the integrated LED lighting enhances visibility inside the cabinet. It accommodates half-size sheet pans, full and fractional steam pans, or packaged food items, making it versatile for various food service needs. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates at 875W and is compatible with a standard 120V/60/1-ph power supply, complete with a NEMA 5-15P cord. Certified by UL and NSF, it meets industry standards for safety and sanitation.
