The Metro HBCW16-AC-M is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. Featuring HotBlox™ insulation, this dual cavity cabinet accommodates up to 16 pans, allowing for both full and half-size steam and sheet pans. The analog controls provide straightforward operation, while the clear door offers easy visibility of contents. Equipped with 5" casters for smooth mobility, this unit operates with two 875-watt heating elements and connects via two NEMA 5-15P cords. Constructed from durable aluminum, it includes essential accessories and meets UL and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
