The Metro HBCW16-DS-M is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. Featuring the innovative HotBlox™ insulation, this dual cavity cabinet accommodates up to 16 pans, allowing for both full and half-size steam and sheet pans. The user-friendly 2.4" touchscreen controls provide precise temperature management, ensuring your food stays at the perfect serving temperature. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet is equipped with solid doors for enhanced heat retention. It rolls smoothly on 5" casters, making it easy to move in any kitchen environment. With a powerful dual heating system of 875 watts each, it operates on a standard 120V outlet and includes two cords with NEMA 5-15P plugs. Accessories are included for added convenience. This product is UL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
