Featuring HotBlox™ insulation, this cabinet maintains optimal temperatures for up to eight full-size pans. The user-friendly digital touchscreen controller allows for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring food safety and quality. It is equipped with solid front and rear doors for easy access from both sides. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with 875 watts of power, it includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P plug.
