The Metro HS1836-EKIT is a high-performance heated holding shelf designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This kit features a 36"W x 18"D heated shelf with durable powder-coated side panels, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. The clear polycarbonate sliding front doors and hinged rear doors provide easy access while allowing visibility of stored items. An adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature control up to 200°F, ensuring food stays warm and ready to serve. The kit also includes a non-heated stainless steel top shelf for additional storage. With a power rating of 400 watts and 3.4 amps, it operates on a standard 120v/60/1-ph electrical supply. The Metro HS1836-EKIT is NSF and cULus certified, guaranteeing safety and quality, and is proudly made in the USA.
