The hinged rear doors provide additional convenience while ensuring food remains warm and ready to serve. An adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature control up to 200°F, ensuring your dishes are kept at the perfect serving temperature. The kit also includes a non-heated stainless steel top shelf for added versatility. With four split sleeves for stability, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 400 watts and 3.4 amps of power. The Metro HS2436-EKIT is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
