This kit features a spacious 48"W x 24"D heated shelf with durable powder-coated side panels, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. The clear polycarbonate sliding front doors and hinged rear doors provide convenient access while maintaining visibility of stored items. Equipped with an adjustable thermostat, this unit can reach a maximum temperature of 200°F, allowing for precise control over food warmth. The kit also includes a non-heated stainless steel top shelf for additional storage. It operates on a 120V/60/1-ph power supply, consuming 600 watts and 5.0 amps, and comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by NSF and cULus, this product is proudly made in the USA, ensuring high-quality standards for your food service needs.
