Constructed from durable stainless steel, this cabinet ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The innovative Quad-Heat™ dual fuel system provides consistent heating, while the built-in timer and thermometer allow for precise temperature control. Additional features include a whiteboard for easy labeling, protective bumpers, and convenient bottom-mounted drawers for storage. Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1650w and 13.8a, this cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any banquet service.
