Featuring a single insulated door and three removable shelves, it accommodates up to 90 standard 11" plates. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this cabinet ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Equipped with a timer and thermometer for precise temperature control, it also includes a whiteboard for easy labeling and organization. The innovative Quad-Heat™ dual fuel system provides consistent heating, while bottom-mounted drawers offer convenient storage. Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1650w and 13.8a, this cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any banquet service.
