The unit includes a MetroSeal® 3 epoxy-coated wire shelf for additional storage, supported by four epoxy-coated posts that enhance stability and corrosion resistance. Removable 16/304 stainless steel rails allow for easy customization and cleaning, while the station accommodates standard 18" cutting boards for seamless food prep. The adjustable working height ranges from 35-1/8" to 39-1/8", ensuring ergonomic use for various tasks. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" locking casters, making it easy to reposition the station as needed. This product is NSF certified, ensuring it meets strict public health standards.
