The Metro MS1848-FSNK PrepMate® MultiStation is designed for efficiency and versatility in food preparation. It features a robust 18" x 48" solid stainless steel shelf, providing a durable and easy-to-clean surface. The unit includes a MetroSeal® 3 epoxy-coated wire shelf for additional storage, supported by four epoxy-coated posts that enhance stability and corrosion resistance. Removable 16/304 stainless steel rails allow for easy customization and accommodate standard 18" cutting boards. The adjustable working height ranges from 35-1/8" to 39-1/8", ensuring ergonomic use for various tasks. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" locking casters, making it easy to reposition the station as needed. This product is NSF certified, ensuring it meets strict public health standards for safety and sanitation.
